Does the RooStrike Hitting Mat include a hitting insert?
The RooStrike Standard and Fairway Inserts are designed to sit flush with the stance surface. The Tee Box Insert sits approximately 2mm higher due to its different turf construction.
How large is the interchangeable hitting area?
The RooStrike uses a large 75 × 30cm interchangeable hitting zone. The oversized replaceable section gives you more room to vary ball position while still allowing the hitting surface to be removed and replaced independently of the stance mat.
Can I replace the hitting strip without replacing the whole golf mat?
Yes. The RooStrike is designed around a replaceable hitting insert system. If your hitting surface becomes worn, you can replace the insert rather than replacing the complete golf hitting mat.
Can I change between different hitting inserts?
Yes. The RooStrike stance mat is compatible with the RooStrike Standard Hitting Insert, RooStrike Fairway Insert (3D) and RooStrike Tee Box Insert, allowing you to change the hitting surface while keeping the same stance mat.

The stance mat uses 15mm dense curly nylon turf, 30mm supportive EVA cushioning and a 3mm non-slip rubber base. Together, these layers create a stable and durable platform for golf practice.
Why use an interchangeable hitting strip?
The hitting area of a golf mat usually receives significantly more wear than the stance area. An interchangeable hitting strip allows you to replace only the section you hit from, helping extend the usable life of the overall mat. It also lets you change hitting surfaces without buying a completely new mat.
