These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aussie Golf Sims website, products, and services. By accessing or using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use this website or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

To place an order or use certain features of our website, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian if under 18),
  • Provide accurate and current information at checkout,
  • Not impersonate another person or use false details.

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and restricting access to your device.

2. Ordering, Payment & Cancellations

2.1. Ordering Process

Orders are placed via our website. Once submitted, orders are considered final. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion (e.g., stock errors, fraud suspicion),
  • Discontinue products without notice.

2.2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are included or calculated at checkout and added to your total if applicable.

We accept payments via:

  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX)
  • PayPal
  • Afterpay / Zip Pay (where available)

Payment must be completed before we dispatch any goods.

2.3. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by written request to info@aussiegolfsims.com.au. Approved cancellations will incur:

  • A 25% restocking/administration fee, or
  • Full store credit (valid for 90 days), minus applicable merchant fees.

Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted. You may return items under the returns policy (see Section 5).

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Shipping times and methods vary by location and product.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–10 business days (metro areas)
  • Rural or remote delivery: May take longer

Split Shipments: Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple warehouses or suppliers and therefore may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and does not affect your shipping cost. You will receive tracking information for each package where available.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or force majeure events. You must inspect your order upon arrival and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

4. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, supplier changes, or customisation options.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative, refund, or backorder option. Some items may have limited stock.

5. Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

Please refer to our return/refund policy for further information.

6. Warranty & Software Licensing

All products are covered by a 3-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated. This covers manufacturing defects but does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

Where software is included (e.g., launch monitors or simulator platforms), licences are typically:

  • Single-use, non-transferable, and
  • Bound to the purchaser’s email or hardware.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including images, logos, text, videos, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Aussie Golf Sims or our licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

The name "Aussie Golf Sims" and its stylised font and colours are trade identifiers. All rights reserved.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting any content to us (e.g., reviews, testimonials, photos, or videos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish, edit, and promote it across digital and print formats. You confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the submitted content,
  • It is not misleading, unlawful, or offensive,
  • It does not infringe on third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services & Links

We may link to third-party websites (e.g., YouTube for setup guides, software platforms). These are provided for your convenience only.

We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy policies, or terms. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use our site or products to:

  • Break any local, state or federal law,
  • Transmit viruses, malware or other disruptive code,
  • Infringe on any intellectual property,
  • Harass, abuse or harm others,
  • Circumvent any website security features.

Violation of this clause may result in termination of your account or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms,
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of income, downtime, or emotional distress),
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

These Terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Aussie Golf Sims and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our site or products.

13. Severability

If any clause in these Terms is deemed unenforceable, that clause will be removed, and the rest will remain valid and enforceable.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services (including cancelling orders) if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your use of our site at any time by ceasing access.
