Shipping & Delivery

Australia Only. We currently ship within Australia only.

We use a network of trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post, selected couriers, and freight carriers for larger items, to make sure your order arrives safely. We always aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible, but to keep our prices low and competitive, orders may be fulfilled from more than one location, so some items may arrive separately and take longer than others.

Where Your Order Ships From

To optimise delivery times and keep costs down, your order may be dispatched from multiple warehouse locations around Australia, and some items are shipped directly to you from our suppliers. This means:

• Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages, at different times, and via different carriers.
• Each shipment is tracked separately, and tracking details will be provided for every shipment as it is dispatched.
• The sender name on a parcel may occasionally differ from Aussie Golf Sims where an item ships directly from a supplier. Your order, warranty, and support are always with us regardless of where an item ships from, so if there is any issue, contact us, not the supplier.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Metro areas: 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.
• Regional or remote areas: 5 to 10 business days from dispatch.
• Made-to-order and custom items: custom enclosures, custom impact screens, and similar made-to-order products require a manufacturing lead time before dispatch. We will confirm the estimated lead time when you order, and the delivery timeframes above apply once the item ships.

Timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volumes, warehouse or supplier location, and stock levels. We will always do our best to keep you informed if something is running behind.

Signature on Delivery & Authority to Leave

Most deliveries require a signature upon arrival, so please make sure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours. In some cases, Authority to Leave (ATL) may be available, either as an option with the carrier or by arrangement with us. If you select or authorise ATL, the goods will be left as instructed and are at your risk from the time they are left, so we recommend only using ATL where you have a safe, concealed place for parcels. For high-value items such as launch monitors and simulator PCs, we may require a signature regardless.

If a signature is required and no one is available, the carrier will leave a calling card to arrange re-delivery or collection. Additional fees may apply for repeat delivery attempts, or where a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

Large and Bulky Items

Enclosures, impact screens, hitting mats, and other bulky products are delivered by freight carriers. Please note:

• Freight deliveries are to the ground-floor entrance or kerbside only. Drivers are not able to carry items inside, upstairs, or install them.
• Some items are heavy and may require two people to move. Please arrange help on delivery day if needed.
• Bulky items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or parcel lockers, so please provide a street address at checkout.
• If your property has restricted access (narrow driveway, no truck access, apartment complex), let us know when you order so we can plan the delivery.

Check Your Order on Arrival

Please inspect your items when they arrive. If anything appears damaged in transit, is missing, or is not what you ordered, take photos of the packaging and item and email us at info@aussiegolfsims.com.au within 7 days of delivery so we can put it right quickly. Reporting promptly helps us lodge claims with the carrier, but does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Carrier Selection

Aussie Golf Sims reserves the right to choose the most suitable delivery provider for your order, unless a specific service has been selected and paid for at checkout.
