Shipping & Delivery – Australia Only

We use a network of trusted delivery partners, including Australia Post and selected couriers, to ensure your order arrives safely. While we always aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible, some items may arrive separately and take longer than others — this is part of how we keep our prices low and competitive.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional or remote areas: 5–10 business days
• Some items may take longer or arrive separately depending on warehouse location or stock levels. Tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

Signature Required

All deliveries require a signature upon arrival. For security reasons, we do not allow Authority to Leave (ATL). Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.

If no one is available, the courier will leave a calling card to arrange re-delivery or pickup. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is needed.

Shipping Carrier Selection

Aussie Golf Sims reserves the right to choose the most suitable delivery provider for your order, unless a specific service has been selected and paid for at checkout.

Warehouse Distribution

To optimise delivery times and minimise costs, your order may be shipped from multiple locations. As a result, items may arrive in separate packages at different times.
