Frequently Asked Questions
Orders typically arrive within 2 to 14 days from the date of purchase. Some of our products are made to order, which is what allows us to offer such competitive pricing. We will always endeavour to send your items as soon as we possibly can and appreciate your understanding and patience as we prepare your order with care.
We offer a 30-day returns policy for customers in Australia. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Launch monitors must be unopened and unused in original packaging. If a launch monitor has been turned on or used in any way, it is not eligible for return, even within the 30-day window.

We recommend 2.9 meters of height, 3.5 meters of width, and 5-6 meters of depth to comfortably use our RooBox enclosure. This allows enough room for the projector, launch monitor, a full swing and a safe, enjoyable experience.
The minimum Height to allow you to set up the enclosure is 2.7m. However please note in most cases this wont allow you to swing a driver comfortably.
If you are ever unsure we recommend slowly swinging a club in the designated space to see if you can swing freely .
The depth will be dependant on which launch monitor you have, some launch monitors are rear-mounted, sitting directly behind the ball to track its flight path, while others are side-mounted, positioned next to the ball to capture impact and launch from a different angle. Our recommendation is based on having a rear-mounted launch monitor.
The RooBox is extremely easy to set up – easier than finding a snag at a Bunnings sausage sizzle! Just follow this link to our setup video and you’ll be swinging in no time. Happy Days!
We’re glad you asked! We keep our prices low by offering our enclosure in one standard size, using some made-to-order components, and most importantly — we don’t slap on the huge markups you’ll find with other golf simulator brands. Simple as that.
As long as you look after it, the frame of our RooBox enclosure should last you a lifetime! The corners are made from solid steel, powder-coated black, and the aluminium frame basically doesn’t expire (seriously!). The black surround and foam padding are tough too and built to last.
The only part that’ll eventually wear out is the impact screen — that’s just the nature of them. Unlike most brands though, we give you a minimum 3-month warranty on all our screens for peace of mind. Just make sure you’re using clean balls and clubs, and your screen will last a good while before needing a swap.
The RooBox only comes in one standard size — like we mentioned earlier, that helps us keep costs down for everyone. But if you do need custom sizing, we’re more than happy to help! Just keep in mind that the turnaround time will be longer since we’ll need to get it custom made.
Get in touch with us, and we’ll chat about how we can make it work for you!
Glad you asked, mate! We’ve actually got a full blog dedicated to this very struggle – you’re not alone.
Absolutely – two for the price of one! Just hook up your iPad or laptop to your projector, throw down some bean bags, and you’ve got yourself a home cinema. Golf by day, movies by night – what’s not to love?
